Members Appreciation Reception
  September 2010
at the USS Constitution Museum

Members make the Museum come to life! Without you, a select group of our most ardent ambassadors, we would not have accomplished the many successes of the past year, and could not chart a steady course through the days ahead. Members provide us with needed financial support, feedback, and encouragement that help us deliver the best museum experience possible. On this evening we invite you to be our guest for a night celebrating all that you have made possible.

2010 Chairman's Dinner and Awards Ceremony
  Wednesday, October 27, 2010
at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel

One of the most exciting events of the year, the Chairman’s Dinner is the largest fundraising event for the Museum. Presentation of our awards follows dinner for a celebratory conclusion to the evening.

This year's award recipients include John P. Hamill, a Director of Sovereign Bancorp and its former Chairman in New England, William H. White, maritime historian and novelist, and Richard Whelan, Director of the Naval History and Heritage Command Detachment Boston.

ADM John C. Harvey, Jr., USN, Commander, US Fleet Forces Command will be the principal guest speaker for the evening. Ian Toll, author of Six Frigates will also be hand to speak about the significance of USS Constitution, "America's Ship of State."
