The crew of USS Constitution will host their annual Easter sunrise service aboard the Ship on Sunday, April 1. This non-denominational service is open to the general public, free of charge. Guests will be allowed to board Constitution at 6:45 a.m. with 75 seats available on a first come, first serve basis. All guests age 18 and older are required to show a valid state or federal-issued photo I.D. or passport to board the ship. The service is scheduled to commence at 7:10 a.m. and will conclude with Constitution crew’s observance of morning colors at 8:00 a.m.. The service will be led by Commander David Shirk, a U.S. Navy chaplain assigned to U.S. Coast Guard Base Boston.
