Celebrate our Military Community! 

Join us in a special July 4th celebration of Independence Day and our Military Community. Welcome USS Constitution back to the Navy Yard from its historic cruise in Boston Harbor and join in the activities and events throughout the day! Come leave a “Huzzah!” message of cheer for Navy recruits, try your hand at Constitution-themed minigolf, participate in a service project, and enjoy a fun-filled day at the Museum and Charlestown Navy Yard.

Activities and entertainment to mark the day, include:

• Putt through History at a USS Constitution-themed 9-hole miniature golf course in the Navy Yard. Test your putting skills and your knowledge, with Constitution and Museum trivia to reflect our history at each hole. *weather permitting
• Give back to the military community! We will be assembling care packs for local veterans from 9:30 – 11:00am. Learn more and register to help online.
• Try your hand at games and interactive activities.
• Enjoy the sounds of Boston Music Award-winning Erin Harpe Country Blues Duo.
• Ready, Aim, Fire! Step into the role of the courageous crew who manned USS Constitution and fire your own Alka-Seltzer cannon! 
• Have your cake, too! Partake in an Independence Day cake and other food and refreshments from an array of Food Trucks in the yard.

The event is free for all ages and no registration is required.
