Face-to-Face | Collections Open House & Rum Party

May 16, 2018

Stories Behind the Portraits

Before selfies individuals showed the world who they were with a portrait. Captured by the artist’s brushstrokes or the photographer’s eye, the portrait is a snapshot that reveals an identity and attitude, preserving a unique personality for all time.

Meet face-to-face with the men and women whose legacies of service and courage define USS Constitution. Chat with our curators and raise a glass during the Privateer Rum Challenge. Join us as we celebrate the many stories of individuality and expression told by our significant portrait collection.

8th Annual Rum Challenge

Vote for your favorite rum concoction as three local bartenders compete to take home top honors in the Privateer Rum Challenge!
