Ways to Save
The USS Constitution Museum continues to provide free or discounted admission to the individuals, families, and groups listed on our Ways to Save page. If you believe that you qualify, contact our Visitor Services department at at least 48-hours prior to reserving your tickets online to receive the appropriate discount code.

Entry to the Museum
Plan to arrive at the USS Constitution Museum within the 30-minute time frame designated on your timed ticket. The USS Constitution Museum is located inside the Charlestown Navy Yard and across from USS Constitution (the Ship). Our Museum’s front entrance has bright red doors.

Cleaning Times & Procedures
Professional cleaners will be frequently cleaning high-touch points throughout the day. The Museum’s HVAC system has also been calibrated to introduce more outside air.

Refund Policy
Admission tickets are non-refundable due to space limitations and availability.

Reopening the USS Constitution Museum is partially made possible by a grant from Mass Humanities, which provided funding through the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) as part of the federal CARES Act legislation.
