Bartholemew Jackson Martin date and place of birth is unknown.
Martin married Mary Basset on May 28, 1789 in Marblehead. They had two sons, Knott Martin and Bartholomew Martin, Jr.
Martin entered USS Constitution on May 28, 1814 at Boston, Massachusetts. His rank was ordinary seaman. He transferred to USS Congress on June 1, 1815 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Battles and Engagements
Martin was on board for the battle with HMS Cyane and HMS Levant.
Martin died on November 16, 1826.
