George Roundy’s place and date of birth are not known.
Roundy transferred to USS Constitution from USS Rattlesnake as an able seaman on December 8, 1813. On the larboard watch, he was assigned to the main top, and served as a fireman carronade no. 1 and third sponger on gun no. 1. He was discharged on July 11, 1815.

Roundy was on board for the battle with HMS Cyane and HMS Levant.
Roundy’s date and place of death are unknown.
