Henry Ward was born in 1791 in Massachusetts.
Ward entered USS Constitution as a midshipman on October 1, 1812. He transferred from Constitution on January 15, 1814.
Battles and Engagements
Ward was on board for the battle with HMS Java.
On March 5, 1817, he was promoted to lieutenant. Ward died on July 9, 1825 in Boston, Massachusetts. The cause is unknown, but one newspaper obituary suggests that he had been ill.
