Isaac Foster’s place and date of birth are not known.
Foster entered USS Constitution on September 13, 1813 at Boston, Massachusetts. His rank was able seaman. He was on the larboard watch and stationed at the forecastle. In battle, he served on no. 4 carronade crew, passing shot and handling the side tackle. He transferred from USS Constitution on June 1, 1815.
