Jeremiah Westcott’s place and date of birth are not known.
Westcott entered USS Constitution as an able seaman on September 23, 1813 at Boston, Massachusetts. He was on the starboard watch, assigned to the afterguard station. He was demoted on February 14, 1814 to ordinary seaman. Westcott transferred from USS Constitution to USS Congress on June 1, 1815.
Battles and Engagements
Westcott was on board for the battle with HMS Cyane and HMS Levant.
Westcott’s date and place of death are unknown.
