Battles and Engagements
Bowditch participated in a war cruise, capturing one small British man-of-war and three merchantmen. He was also on board for the victory over HMS Cyane and HMS Levant on February 20, 1815. He received $22.19 in prize money.
Bowditch was transferred to USS Congress on June 1, 1815. His place and date of death are unknown.
