Reuben Sanderline’s place and date of birth are not known.
Sanderline transferred to USS Constitution as an able seaman on August 30, 1812. Hwas responsible for working the train tackle on gun 11. On January 6, 1813, he died from wounds he had sustained in the battle with HMS Java on December 29, 1812.
