Thomas Waine’s place and date of birth are not known.
Waine entered USS Constitution on July 21, 1813 at Boston, Massachusetts. His rank was acting purser. He was ordered to USS Siren on September 13, 1813.
He received a commission on March 17, 1814 as purser. He was ordered to Boston Navy Yard on September 8, 1815 then went to USS Hornet on October 28, 1815 at New York, New York. He transferred to USS Ontario on May 2, 1817. Waine died on February 16, 1831.
