William H. Myers was born in 1787 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On his enlistment, Myers was described as being 5′ 4″ tall, with black eyes, brown hair and a sallow complexion.

Myers enlisted Marine Corps on May 20, 1808. His rank was private. He entered USS Constitution on August 5, 1813 at Boston, Massachusetts. His rank was private. Myers transferred from USS Constitution on June 9, 1815.

Myers was on board for the battle with HMS Cyane and HMS Levant.

Myers’s date and place of death are unknown.
