William Turk’s place and date of birth are not known.
Turk was a surgeon, ordered to USS Constellation on July 16, 1812. On January 10, 1813, he transferred from Constellation to USS Constituton. He transferred from Constitution to USS President on October 9, 1813, and then to USS Guerriere on May 10, 1815 at New York, New York. He returned to Constitution from October 8, 1824 to October 20, 1825.
Turk died on November 20, 1854 in Newark, New Jersey.
