Summer Movie Nights at “Old Ironsides” will return on July 28, 2023 with a free showing of the Academy Award-nominated Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World at USS Constitution!  Don’t miss the most authentic movie ever created of life and war at sea in the early 1800’s, alongside America’s legendary ship.

“Old Ironsides’” crew screens each film on a projector for guests with the Ship as a backdrop. Seating is on the pier on a first come, first served.  The doors open at 7:45 pm and the film will begin after sunset. The Ship itself will not be open for visiting.

General seating will be available, though guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for viewing. Small bags, food, and drinks are permitted. Alcohol is not permitted. Guests ages 18 and up will be asked to show a photo I.D. and pass through a security screening. Film is rated PG-13 for intense battle sequences, related images, and brief language.

Summer Movie Nights at “Old Ironsides” will continue with Moana on Friday, August 11. Check back as we add more films and dates to the schedule!
